The commercial ads we see in Pakistan are stupid and pointless most of the time. Dancing with a refrigerator or microwave oven grabbing girl’s duppata , all with some kind of cheap public poetry written by an idiot (O say orient, Pehli Chahat) was something I had to bear before watching 9 o’ clock news.  It is a refrigerator and a microwave oven they are selling right? a REFRIGERATOR?, a MICROWAVE OVEN?(you hear me?). Come on, for me an advertisement is something that compels me to buy and try something. I am sorry, I am sane enough not to go buy a home appliance which acts gay for me or ruin relationship with my future partner nor do I want my daughter asking me to marry her with a MICROWAVE OVEN.
